A New Neighbor Arrives: Staybridge Suites Breaks Ground in Four Points
A new hospitality destination is coming to the Four Points area — and it’s designed with West Austin in mind. Partners, community leaders, and supporters gathered to celebrate the official groundbreaking of Staybridge Suites – Austin Lake Travis, a new addition to the Lake Travis, River Place, and Four Points community Thursday afternoon.
The 100-room, extended-stay property will join the IHG family as one of West Austin’s newest premiere lodging options — bringing even more convenience to residents, business travelers, and visiting families.
Representatives from SLTX Capital, The Mathis Group, IHG, H+H Construction, and the West Austin Chamber of Commerce were onsite to commemorate the milestone.
“This is the official groundbreaking for the Staybridge Suites – Austin Lake Travis,” shared Navid Karedia, Co-Founder and Partner of SLTX Capital. “Thank you to each and every one of you for taking time out of your day to come and be with us.”
SLTX Capital has a strong footprint in West Austin, including the successful Hyatt Place Lake Travis property — and their continued investment shows just how much this region is growing.
“This is going to be a fantastic hotel,” said Donovan Stevens, COO of SLTX Capital. “We’re super excited to bring this project to life and have it be one of the premiere properties in the area.”
John Wiseman, General Manager of Hyatt Place Lake Travis, echoed that enthusiasm — and the anticipation to get the doors open.
